- HUBT has a large and skilled teaching staff. There are 1012 official lecturers, 700 assistants. Where, post-graduate certificates account for 70%.

- Facilities: Enough place for studying; above 2,000 computers; well-equipped library with over 30,000 books; enough textbooks for students.
